About

NCL Inc.'s program efforts are mission based with focus on our three pillars of community service, leadership development, and cultural experiences, along with the establishment of new chapters. Each chapter is charged with development of a 6 year plan for its members that allows them to participate in learning activities and hands-on community projects. The chapters programming activities are supported by tools and resources that are easily accessed on NCL's custom designed member only website. District meetings are held for our chapter officers, grade level advisors, and district leaders as well as an annual leadership conference attended by national, district, and chapter board members. Overall, we offer a comprehensive training and learning experience that supports the growth and development of our members as they enhance their leadership skills while serving their local communities as mothers and daughters.
