About this organization
Mission
The mission of Reprise is to produce musical theatre of the highest artistic quality for Southern California audiences while making this unique American art form accessible to new audiences through education and outreach programs.
About
Description of program service one: The company has dissolved. There have been no productions or program services for the past two years. In the past Reprise produced a series of classic Broadway musical productions to educate the public about the art form, preserve it as an art form, and to promote public interest in continued production of classic musicals. The organization also produced a series of one night only readings and concerts. Program expenses included the supervision of student interns who assisted professional theatre production personnel in all aspects of the staging of a Broadway musical. Interns also worked in the administrative office assisting with support activities directly related to the productions.
