226 affiliates, 12 interns, 37 short term project participants and 1,471 other persons were hosted by affiliates on the field with more than 484 different people groups in at least 43 nations and because of this work 24,063 were encouraged to serve in full time missions, and 137,323 people were influenced to worship regularly last year. As a result of being influenced by our ministry 23,773 people became closer to Jesus, 993 people were baptized, 1,496 regular teaching events were led, 9,203 people experienced a significantly improved economic situation and 387 businesses were started. Through the reach of NMSI 27,996 people were helped to explore and gain a better understanding of their God-given purpose, 15,466 people were educated in life skills and 6,571 people were coached, mentored and equipped. Through the ministry of NMSI last year 172 churches were planted, 843 churches were strengthened, 4,547 emerging church leaders were equipped, 41,179 received biblical teaching, and 1,747 relationships were intentionally built with non-believers.
