To encourage Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to enter the ranks of journalism, work for fair and accurate coverage, increase the number of journalists and news managers in the industry.

About

Executive Leadership Program: A three stage program which explores the responsibilities and challenges of the print, broadcast and new media marketplace. Participants explore the challenges that face them as Asian American and Pacific Islanders in the media, and learn leadership skills to help them face those challenges and move forward in their careers. There are over 400 graduates of the Executive Leadership Program since the program began in 1995.
