Our mission is to create jobs for people with barriers to employment; our purpose is to create employment opportunities that would not otherwise exist; and our vision is that everyone who has a disability or disadvantage who wants to work has the opportunity to do so.

The direct employment program provides training, counseling and employment opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities. Clients work on a variety of jobs in a normal work environment setting, while earning real wages. This program offers a wide range of employment and vocational services, maximizing clients' independence and level of integration into the community.
