Playground is a leading playwright incubator and operator of the theatre community hub, Potrero Stage. Playground's mission is to support the development of significant new local voices for the theatre with a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Playground has developed a unique model for identifying and nurturing the Bay Area's best new writers and helping introduce these artists and their work to the broader Bay Area and, ultimately, national theatre communities.
