THE MISSION OF RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES IS TO CREATE, FIND AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT DIRECTLY IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIIES. *Provided a home away from home for families of children being treated for serious injuries and illnesses at Valley Children's Hospital.*Families come from more than 9 central California counties, often more than 3 hours from home.*The house provides the families a respite from the hospital setting as well as support for their emotional and physical needs.*The house has 18 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, a kitchen with full facilities, a laundry room, play room, living room, outdoor play area, and more.
