SPECIAL PROJECT In 2017-2018 MCCLA restored its SPIRiT OF THE ARTS iconic mural, inspired by Aztec, Incan, and Mayan symbolism. With the help of the Mural Restoration Committee, MCCLA was able to raise $115,000 for the project. The plan was successfully and timely completed, culminating in a community celebration in conjunction with the SF Arts Commission.
