Believing that girls build self-esteem best by having strong and positive female role models in their lives, rnrc4g provides an environment for girls to interact with women who provide mentorship in the context of music creation and performance. Providing workshops, technical training and one-on-one interaction with female mentors, we create leadership opportunities, cultivate a supportive community of peers and mentors, and encourage social change and the development of life skills.
