Housing: My Fathers House provides shelter for up to 28 families, each in a self-contained unit that includes kitchenette and private bath. We also have space for classes and childcare and a large meeting/chapel area. An additional next-step self-sufficiency program incorporates educational classes and support groups into apartment living at our 12-unit onsite apartment complex and one house. Food and clothing: My Fathers House provides donated food and clothing to residents through an onsite donation center and free family store. Family safety: My Fathers House is a secure facility with a single entry point monitored during business hours. Shelter rules are designed to maximize safety and stability for all residents. Child safety: My Fathers House has developed a comprehensive child safety policy to prevent child abuse and to ensure the safety of all children in our shelter and the adults who work with them.
