Children come first (CCF) - a program for children who are living with chronic and persistent mental health issues. CCF coordinates mental health services, community resources, and other needed services to support children and their families by using a strengths-based approach to wraparound care coordination. In 2019, we provided comprehensive case management, family advocacy and wraparound services to 193 children and adolescents.
