Limited English Proficiency (LEP Program) The program is funded through the Office of Refugee and Immigrant Assistance, provides newly arrived refugees and immigrants with career planning, comprehensive case management, cultural navigation, financial literacy, sustainable job placement and long-term job retention support for participants and employers.
