The mission of Skagit Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services is to end domestic violence and sexual assault in our community through empowerment, advocacy, education, awareness and action for social change. SDVSAS exists to eliminate domestic and sexual violence in Skagit County, improve the lives of survivors, offer comprehensive services to victims, educate the community about intimate partner violence, and inspire others to create positive change in their community.

We provide the following services to victims of domestic violence: advocacy based counseling; crisis intervention, including a 24-hour hotline; confidential emergency shelter for victims fleeing abusive relationships; legal advocacy; medical advocacy; support groups for victims, child support groups, and parenting support groups; temporary food, clothing and other essentials; help finding community resources such as housing, medical, mental health and substance abuse; information about prevention and education in the community.
