Leadership Initiatives (LI) approaches the problems of underdevelopment by empowering communities to address their own needs. LI partners with local government and business leaders to provide promising individuals with entrepreneurial, leadership and project management training. These young leaders then identify obstacles to development within their own communities, design workable solutions, and create sustainable business models to overcome those obstacles.

The Association business expansion program worked with four Bauchi based businesses to expand their services and locations to new communities, creating new jobs and opportunties across Bauchi state.
