Mission
The foundation is the primary financial support of the Hill Aerospace Museum. The Air Force does provide O & M funding (heat, lights, and essentials). The Foundation provides support for the museum in various ways, including the acquisition of artifacts for restoration and display. The Foundation works closely with the museum staff and volunteers to achieve many other improvements, which assist the museum, present the history of the United States Air Force and Hill Air Force Base.

THE HILL AEROSPACE MUSEUM'S C-130 EXPERIENCE EDUCATION SPACE WAS COMPLETED AND DEDICATED ON MAY 14, 2019 CO-SPONSORED THE MUSEUM'S FLY ME TO THE MOON PROJECT, CELEBRATING THE FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE APOLLO 11 MOON LANDING. THE FOUNDATION PAID FOR NASA ENGINEER, JESSICA VOS, TO COME TO THE MUSEUM FROM THE NASA HOUSTON SPACE FLIGHT CENTER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WEEK-LONG EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY. UNVEILED OF THE NEWLY COMPLETED BRIGADIER GENERAL LEON C. PACKER "LOCAL HEROES" EXHIBIT. ANNUAL "OPEN AIRCRAFT DAY" WHICH WAS HELD AT THE MUSEUM ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2019 WAS A SUCCESS. ON DECEMBER 14, 2019 SANTA AND MRS. CLAUS VISITED THE HILL AEROSPACE MUSEUM SPONSORED BY THE AEROSPACE HERITAGE FOUNDATION OF UTAH. MORE THAN 400 CHILDREN VISITED WITH SANTA AND MRS. CLAUS ADJACENT TO THE MUSEUM'S P-51 MUSTANG AND RECEIVED CANDY AND GOODIES PROVIDED BY HERSHEY'S.
