HOPE, Inc.s service delivery model has been designated by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as a peer and family run organization. HOPE, Inc. annually undergoes a fidelity audit to ensure we are adhering to this service delivery model. We are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide an array of behavioral health outpatient services.
