NAMI Southern Arizona improves the quality of life for all those affected by mental illness.

NAMI SAs mission is to improve the lives of individuals living with mental illness by reducing the associated stigma. The mission is accomplished through education, support and advocacy programs. Education programs gave over 340 presentations to more than 8000 participants. Advocates assisted individuals with connection to treatment and support services. Volunteers contributed over 350 hours at 52 outreach events. Our Help and Hope for Youth initiative brought together 42 individuals and organizations into an Alliance to support mental health education for youth.
