TROT's mission is to enrich the lives of people with special needs using equine-assisted activities and therapies to improve physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. Our vision is to heal people of all abilities using the power of the human horse connection. Service area: TROT serves children, military veterans and other adults with disabilities and special needs from the greater Tucson area.

Therapeutic/Adaptive Riding - Therapeutic riding is an equine-assisted activity for the purpose of contributing positively to the cognitive, physical, emotional and social well-being of individuals with special needs. Instructors work with each rider and their family to develop both physical and emotional goals for the semester, based on the individual's special need. TROT accommodated 104 youth and adult riders during this fiscal year.
