Wildlife hospital - treated 703 patients, releasing approximately 60% of the animals who survived their first 24 hours after arrival. Patients included everything from deer mice to coyotes, hummingbirds to eagles, and even a handful of reptiles. Hospital staff were assisted by five interns during each summer period, as well as several volunteers throughout the year. Patients were admitted from all over the state and involved volunteer transporters from all over as well.
