Provide life-transforming solutions to break the cycles of poverty, addiction, and trauma.
About
Opened in 1954 under the name of Albuquerque Rescue Mission, we're a non-profit organization that has been a source of hope for our neighbors in crisis: the addicted, homeless, hungry, and abused for over six decades. Our endeavor is to transform lives, and in the process transform the city of Albuquerque. Our long-term residential program provides whole-person restoration so that our clients can live abundant lives. Steelbridge provides life transforming solutions through long-term housing, residential recovery programs, food, clothing, counseling and other resources that allow men and women the opportunity to restore their lives permanently, and at no cost to them. Steelbridge Ministries is registered in New Mexico and federally as a charitable/non-profit/religious organization and church. It participates in the Albuquerque New Mexico Better Business Bureau, Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce. It is led by a volunteer governing board of directors.
