Our mission is to inspire and educate aspiring and experienced artists of all ages and abilities while promoting an awareness of fine art. The New Mexico Art League strives to provide opportunities in a wide variety of the visual arts through core courses using traditional teaching methods, artist demonstrations/master talks as well as open painting groups. Throughout the year, we provide opportunities for New Mexico artists to exhibit their work at juried shows in our gallery.

Mission: Inspire and educate aspiring artists and experienced artists of all ages and abilities. Accomplishments: We had 564 enrollments in our 59 art-related classes and workshops in 2019. 218 people registered for our eight artist demonstrations/master talks. 30+ students attended our twice weekly open painting sessions held throughout most of the year. These prove space and access to models for artists who might bee less able to afford regular classes or workshops.
