About

Brent's Place provides families with a loved one in a medical crisis with a warm and welcoming home away from home as well as opportunities to create happy memories that build love, trust, and resiliency. This foundation strengthens families during treatment - and for a lifetime. A wide variety of support programs are offered to each resident family member throughout their stay. Our comprehensive programming includes meals and food support, arts and crafts, yoga, music lessons and therapy, game nights, outings, and celebrations of holidays and birthdays. Our Safe-Clean requirements were developed collaboratively with Children's Hospital Colorado. See Schedule O for continuation. In 2019, Brent's Place expanded, adding 14 leased apartments, which helped us to serve more families than ever. The 293 families, who traveled from across the Rocky Mountain region and beyond, equates to nearly 17,400 room nights, and 900 support programs and/or services rendered. Brent Eley Center ("Center") owns the Brent's Place facility in Aurora, Colorado, which is comprised of land and two adjacent buildings - "Founder's House", established in February 2009, and "Tanner's House", established in June 2017. The Brent Eley Foundation pays rent to the Center for use of the facilities.
