The volunteers of Front Rangers Cycling Club offer stable role models and healthy, fun activities for at-risk youth in Denver. We have designed a program to create positive role models, enhance the image of law enforcement, promote bicycle safety, introduce youth to the sport, further a healthy lifestyle, and support junior racing.

Front Rangers provided youth development through a twice per week cycling program for children age 9-17. During 2018, Front Rangers provided programming to 18 youth, 50% of whom were considered at-risk and living below the poverty level. Training and education was provided by professional coaches, with backgrounds as educators, including both on the bike and off the bike training sessions. Front Rangers participated in 15 road races and 8 cyclocross races, as wells as portions of the week long bike tour entitled Ride The Rockies.
