About
Hospice is focused on care for patients and their loved ones wherever the patient may reside: home, nursing home, assisted living residence. Serving more than 1772 patients in 2018, more than 600 received acute care at our Hospice Care Center. Due to the generosity of our donors, no one was turned away due to inability to pay or complex social needs. Caregivers include hospice nurses and physicians specializing in hospice care and volunteer support at a rate of more than 3 times that required by Medicare.
