Development of a responsible fatherhood network - contract with Temple University pursuant to a grant from the office of planning, research and evaluation, administration for children and families, US department of health and human services, 2013-2018, with no-cost extension through 9/30/2019. Development of a fatherhood research and practice network to promote rigorous evaluation of fatherhood programs that serve low-income populations including providing technical assistance and capacity-building services to researchers and programs and conducting a comprehensive communications and outreach strategy.
