To create educational leadership programs for male and female executives in the tech startup sector and to create initiatives for increased education in gender equality in the tech startup sector. The Leaders in Tech Fellows Program is a one-year full scholarship program for a curated croup of diverse leaders of high growth tech companies who are committed to building high-performing and culturally healthy organizations. Community goals are to: 1) foster an intimate environment where tech leaders support each other in addressing their most pressing challenges; 2) provide a venue for each participant to become more interpersonally influential and skilled as a leader; 3) Build a diverse community; and 4) build a values-aligned community of community-minded, humanistic servant leaders. In 2018, Leaders in Tech received over 700 nominations, reviewed over 300, and admitted 48 fellows.
