Cooperative agreement - IPCA provides assistance and resources to community health centers to support and strengthen their capacity to provide accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare to Idahoans. IPCA assesses national trends to assist health centers in addressing emergent issues. IPCA provides training and technical assistance on a variety of topics including quality improvement, patient-centered medical home model of care, oral health and behavioral health integration, emergency preparedness, managing special populations and health center administration (operations, financial management and health information technology). IPCA provided training and technical assistance to health centers to support health centers in meeting federal program expectations, to enhance patient quality of care, to provide culturally competent care, and improve health center operations. IPCA provided training as workshops, webinars, and phone calls and hosted peer group gatherings that fostered collaboration and the sharing of best practices. IPCA collaborated with other public health organizations to design innovative, cost effective approaches to providing high quality, integrated healthcare to Idahoans.
