ITS COLLEGE COMPLETION PROGRAMMING IS DELIVERED THROUGH BOTH A ONE-ON-ONE ADVISING PROGRAM AND A TECHNOLOGY-BASED SOCIAL ENTERPRISE TOOL THAT PROVIDES ONLINE RESOURCES FOR STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS NATIONWIDE. THE RISING STARS PROGRAM PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE ARRAY OF ONE-ON-ONE ADVISING AND MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT GUIDANCE TO SUPPORT NEARLY 500 BAY AREA STUDENTS IN THEIR COLLEGE COMPLETION JOURNEY. SRA SELECTS STUDENTS IN THEIR JUNIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL AND MAKES A 5+ YEAR COMMITMENT TO THEM UNTIL THEY GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE. THE COLLEGE2CAREERS HUB (THE "SRA HUB") IS SRA'S ONLINE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE TOOL SERVING HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS FROM LOW-INCOME, FIRST-GENERATION BACKGROUNDS THROUGHOUT THE BAY AREA AND ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THE SRA HUB PROVIDES AN ONLINE COMMUNITY WITH ACCESS TO SRA ADVISORS AND AN EXTENSIVE VARIETY OF LEARNING RESOURCES FOCUSED ON COLLEGE ACCESS, LIFE SKILLS, FINANCIAL AID, AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT. THE SRA HUB IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT STUDENTS ALONG THE CRITICAL PATHWAY FROM HIGH SCHOOL, TO AND THROUGH COLLEGE, AND INTO THE WORKFORCE. SRA PARTNERS WITH BAY AREA HIGH SCHOOLS AND OTHER COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS WITH LIMITED COLLEGE COUNSELLING SERVICES, USING THE SRA HUB TO INTEGRATE COLLEGE ACCESS AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT LEARNING RESOURCES INTO PARTNERS' COLLEGE ACCESS / COLLEGE SUCCESS CURRICULA. THE SRA HUB IS ALSO USED TO DELIVER A VIRTUAL ADVISING PROGRAM (STUDENTS ONLINE ACHIEVING RESULTS, OR "SOAR") THAT BLENDS THE LEARNING RESOURCES OF THE SRA HUB WITH THE ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT OF AN ASSIGNED COLLEGE AND CAREER ADVISOR THROUGH THE CREATION OF STUDENT COHORTS AND COORDINATED LESSON PLANS.
