Offered seasonal leagues to elementary, middle school, and high school-aged players. Ran multiple summer camps, and hosted a youth tournament. Organized a competitive traveling team. Partnered on a camp teaching high-level skills to youth, and provided scholarships for this cap specifically to increase participation of girls in the camp. Expenses include the bulk of the employee cost for 2018. Employees were tasked with growing the youth programming, providing coaching at the youth events, teaching ultimate during clinics that were either held for free, or in partnership with local schools. Ultimate provides a wonderful opportunity to teach leadership skills, conflict resolution and mutual respect, and as such our focus is on continuing to grow our youth programming and develop coaches within our adult community.
