The WTCGP assists companies in the five counties of southeastern Pennsylvania and eight counties of southern New Jersey by providing individual trade counseling, market research, trade mission support, educational programs, business networking events, and access to powerful connections to customers and partners worldwide. WTCGP is a critical catalyst for economic growth and job creation for Greater Philadelphia, serving as a trusted advisor with the international expertise and worldwide connections to inspire and empower companies to think and succeed globally. In 2019, WTCGP provided trade counseling services to over 210 companies, largely small and medium-sized businesses, and conducted 25 educational events and seminars, including an annual global business conference, attracting a total of 1250 participants. Companies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey assisted by WTCGP reported over $128m in incremental export sales, supporting 1,600 jobs in the region.
