Mission

God’s Pantry’s Mission is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a practical way by helping meet the basic wellness needs of the community. We are a volunteer supported food pantry helping the most under served communities – over 125,000 individuals in six cities and three counties. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we tripled our output of groceries bringing relief to 2,000-3,000 families per week. Why groceries? We learned that the groceries we supplied not only fed these families but they brought financial relief: instead of having to spend $150 at their grocery store they can take those funds and pay electric bills, cover emergency repairs or health care cost. In short, the groceries we handed out were helping families thrive out of poverty.
