About

Treasure House is an active living apartment community for young adults with cognitive disabilities. Treasure House supports residents and their families in embracing the independence and opportunities this exciting phase of life brings. Treasure House's unique resident services and life coach model continues to break new ground in building bright futures for the talented young adults it serves. Treasure House's mission fosters the goals of residents and people served in three areas: safety and well-being: residents reduce risks to their physical and social/emotional well-being and increase prevention and health outcomes. Independence: residents achieve and maintain their goals for independent living. Community: residents contribute to their Treasure House community and the broader community through employment, volunteering, fellowship and as valued consumers. In addition to a private furnished apartment, residents services include transportation, food and nutrition, career and employment coaching, meaningful learning, recreational and social opportunities, life skills and personal care support; and transition support for parents and guardians.
