Internship - provides opportunity for students who are serious about the career path, a chance to work in an agency or marketing department of a corporation. We placed over 100 talented 17-21 year olds in businesses for an 8 week paid internship. A few stats from our internship program:1. 77% of our interns qualify for a free or reduced priced lunch and 95% of our interns are people of color.2. 100% of tbl interns graduated from high school on time.3. 97% of tbl interns think that their ideas are valued and will help them be successful in the marketing industry.4. 93% of tbl interns who were hired and started the internship completed it successfully.5. A new apprenticeship program has launched.
