Responding to the seekers are approximately 400 part-time volunteers and 20 paid part-time interns. The interns are selected for our "Residential Leadership Program," a 12 month paid internship focusing on on-line evangelism skills and small team management. We currently have 20 interns, all of whom are students at Texas seminaries.
