Spark helps schools in predominately low-income neighborhoods in Harris County develop their playgrounds into community parks. Spark parks may include playground equipment, jogging trails, outdoor classroom area, landscaping, and public art. Pedestrian access to the park after school hours, on the weekends and holidays is required.
