Leadership Tyler runs a nine-month program which includes two retreats and monthly, day-long sessions which focus on community issues as well as incorporating a leadership training component. Class members that complete the program have a solid understanding of the concepts of community trusteeship, stewardship, servant leadership, integrity ethics, local economics and value diversity. The 2019-2020 class had 37 members, who were presented at the Leadership Live luncheon. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the final two sessions of Class 33s experience were postponed, but they were given additional training opportunities virtually and small group networking opportunities as determined safe. They were also included in all alumni opportunities as of April 1, 2020.
