Mission

Founded in 1982, the KAOEF's mission is to provide funds for the benefit of the Kappa Alpha Order. Each year funding from the KAOEF provides leadership education and training, scholarships and internships to undergraduate and graduate students nationwide. The KAOEF also provides grants to the Kappa Alpha Order for certain educational and leadership programs such as The Number I's Leadership Institute (NLI), Province Councils (regional workshops), The Crusade (a total membership development program), Educational Area Grants (chapter endowments) and The E.
