Russell, To Collect, Preserve And Exhibit The Finest Examples Of American Art, And To Serve An Educational Role Through Exhibitions, Publication, And Programs Devoted To The Study Of American Art.

EXHIBITIONS: IN ITS HISTORY, THE AMON CARTER MUSEUM HAS PRESENTED EXHIBITIONS DEVOTED TO AMERICAN ART EXHIBITIONS, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT ARE DISPLAYED IN THE MUSEUM'S SPECIAL EXHIBITION GALLERIES, ARE COSTLY TO PRODUCE.
