Exp prepares students for a better life. Our programs help young people gain experience, unlock doors and build the confidence they need to succeed in school, career and life. We connect industries with schools so they can deliver innovative, career-based curriculum that makes classroom learning relevant and exciting. We connect students with opportunities including internship programs, mentorship, and career discovery events. We connect alumni to careers with career services and networking opportunities. During the 2017-2018 school year, Exp programs served 6,400 high school students at 11 Southern California high schools. More than 400 industry leaders serve as Exp volunteers, mentors and internship hosts.
