The educator effectiveness process is a comprehensive educator evaluation system with performance incentive activities and professional development supports designed to help educators become more effective so that student academic performances improve. In 2018, the program was expanded to include recruiting, training, induction and mentoring of new teachers for the participating schools. There are 18 local academies and 230 teachers participating.
