Collaborate with all communites, large and small, across the state to build systems to end homelessness in Texas. Coordinate local and national advocay efforts, data collection and research, including operating the Homeless Management Information Services and the Texas Homelessness Data Sharing Network, host an annual statewide conference, serve as state-wide intermediary for Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) working to end homelessness and serve as the host agency for the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) where we assist in the coordination of programs and funding.
