The one-on-one housing counseling provided since 2004 has been key to sustaining the financial well-being of our partner families. AHFH homeownership and financial/credit counseling services are also provided for families who enter the program but aren't qualified at the time of application.Home Repair - AHFH offers a home repair program, providing an average of $15,000 in exterior and/or interior home repair for qualified non-habitat homeowners.
