Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park is held each year in late March in Houston's Memorial Park. The festival is built on 2 inner loops. The park is 5 miles from Downtown and 2 miles from the Galleria area. The festival is the only public event held in the park other than Houston Rodeo access. Shuttle rides make transportation to and from the festival easy and convenient. The festival featured 300 juried local, national and international artists with a paid attendance of over 19,000.
