Mission

Our mission is to provide excellent hospice care to all persons regardless of race, creed, color or religion who in need of our services regardless of their inability to pay. We provide quality of life for those with a limited quantity of life. We are unapoligetically Christian based and share the blessings and love of Jesus Christ with those intrusted to our care.

About

During 2018 we had 359 new patient admissions. Our census averaged 68 to 93 patients at any given time. Meetings were generally held twice per week at the facility with all staff required to attend. These meetings were clinical in nature. The first weekly meeting was held on Mondays to focus on the review of patient status and any weekend changes to patient status. The second meeting, held on Wednesdays, is an interdisciplinary team meeting (medical director, nurses, social worker, chaplains, aids and volunteer coordinator) that monitor the care and condition of each patient with our physicians and update the plan of care. Formal board meetings were held four times during the year (and additional times as needed) to discuss financials, company mission and state of affairs and addition/subtraction of board members and/or key employees.
