Mission

Low-income and uninsured Tulsa County residents receive specialty health care through a referral program of the foundation. The foundation has awarded $1.3 million scholarships to 1,289 medical students to invest in the future of the area's health care needs.

About

Project TCMS is a community partnership to improve access to specialty health care for low-income, uninsured residents of Tulsa County. It combines care provided in primary care safety net clinics in Tulsa County with donated specialty care in a coordinated referral program led by the Tulsa County Medical Society Foundation. This program was established because there are currently no resources available for non-emergent specialty care for the low-income, uninsured patients. During 2018, services and materials valued at $1,015,748 were provided to low-income patients who otherwise would not have received care.
