Via Link HMIS provides training, technical support, aggregate reporting and data quality management for agencies affiliated with Unity of Greater New Orleans. This past year 8 Via Link employees worked in the database with 5,445 emergency shelter records for people spending 18,252 nights in a shelter. Via Link HMIS also implemented a plan to merge clients for our region and created & implemented a technology system for the health care for the homeless referral system.
