About

The Cir Policy & Education Initiative works to provide resident physicians, faculty, and teaching hospital employers with the expertise, resources, and support necessary to improve patient safety, quality of care, and resident engagement with the communities they serve. We aim to identify and foster novel solutions to the education and training of new generations of physicians. Cir-PEI also offers opportunities for residents to share their work with residents across the country via QI Gateway at www.qigateway.org. We have a special interest in developing resident physician leaders in safety and quality who will go on to teach others and lead the way in transforming health care in the U.S.
