Disability Rights Arkansas, Inc. (DRA) was incorporated in 1977 as a nonprofit corporation to advocate for individuals with disabilities throughout the state. DRA is designated by the governor to implement the federally authorized protection and advocacy systems. DRA's offices are located in Little Rock and are funded federally to operate eight protection and advocacy programs. DRA has the authority to provide advocacy services and legal representation based on priorities approved each year by the board of directors.
