Mission

Founded in 2007, MBW provides hope, healing and purpose to at risk and high risk youth (ages 16-24) in the VI through our holistic approach of mentorship, education, mental health counseling, on the job training and job placement. Our vocational training programs offer simulated work environments for carpentry, construction, electrical, plumbing, marine rebuild and repair, heavy equipment, CAD/CAM programming, culinary arts and customer service. We serve an average of 120-150 young men and women each year.
