The Learning Center at The Els Center of Excellence (TLC) is a nonprofit Palm Beach County charter school, serving children with autism ages 3 - 14. TLCs mission is to effectively develop and provide a progressive education with inidivualized therapy programs for children with autism. The school?s curriculum in based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and we provide quality special education programs that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. The goal for every student is to transition him/her to a less restrictive environment, with the appropriate supports in place to maximize their success.

THE ORGANIZATION IS A FLORIDA CHARTER SCHOOL AS AUTHORIZED BY FLORIDA STATUTES. THE SCHOOL PROVIDES SPECIALIZED EDUCATION SERVICES TO CHILDREN WITH AUTISM.THE RENAISSANCE LEARNING CENTER (RLC) IS A NONPROFIT PALM BEACH COUNTY CHARTER SCHOOL, SERVING CHILDREN WITH AUTISM AGES 3 - 14. THE SCHOOLS CURRICULUM IN BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS (ABA), AND WE PROVIDE QUALITY SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS THAT ARE TAILORED TO MEET THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF EACH STUDENT. AFTER SCHOOL THERAPY, ACTIVITY-BASED GROUPS, AND BEFORE AND AFTER CARE SERVICES ARE ALSO OFFERED TO OUR FAMILIES AND STUDENTS. RLC'S EFFORTS ARE DIRECTED TOWARDS IMPROVING THE EDUCATION AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF OUR STUDENTS. WE ARE DEVOTED TO USING PROVEN APPROACHES TO MAXIMIZE THE DEVELOPMENTAL POTENTIAL OF EACH ONE OF OUR STUDENTS. RLC INTENDS TO PREPARE ITS STUDENTS TO BE AS INDEPENDENT, SELF-SUFFICIENT AND SOCIALLY INTERACTIVE AS POSSIBLE.
